07-July-06       ACTDR: European Convention - Final Details

Hello everyone,

With now less than two weeks to go, the European Convention is getting close. Since I will be away after this weekend, I need to have all subscriptions for the convention, including a request for the lunch option of 9 pounds if chosen, to be sent to me on this upcoming Friday at the latest. Of course others are also welcome to attend unannounced, however, no lunch can be arranged for the unannounced attendees.

Thank you and see you in London, hopefully.

21-June-06        ACTDR: European Convention

Hello everyone,

The European Convention 2006 is approaching fast, now less than 4 weeks away. That said, time is running out for reservations to be made. Please confirm your attendance at the convention as soon as possible in an e-mail to myself. Anyone still interested in helping out with some of the activities provided should also send an e-mail to this address.

As previously announced, the convention entry fee is estimated at 35 pounds, with lunch available at 9 pounds (as opposed to the 10 pounds previously mentioned). This entry fee is not yet fixed, and may still be reduced with sufficient attendance. Especially for this reason, it is very important to confirm your attendance, so that name-tags can be created and a reduced price can be announced early.

Activities will include a live mission, quizzes and round table discussions. Grill the staff will also be an activity included in the program.

Those in need of a hotel room in the hotel can book one at the cost of 54 pounds per night per room. In order to do so, please contact the hotel directly at the number +44 (0) 8706 075 075. Please mention our reservation code when booking: RCR 257491 . Rooms are available in single, twin and double settings, and additional cots can be requested without additional charges.

Again, please confirm your participation as soon as possible.

As previously announced, a European convention will take place in London this summer. Following is a set of details regarding timing, facilities and pricing.

As already announced earlier, the convention will be held from July 14th up to and including July 16th. Arrivals should take place Friday afternoon/evening or on Saturday morning. That day is planned for some ACTDR related activities and, in the evening, possibly a trip into downtown London. The Sunday morning, at this time, is planned for more activities relating to ACTDR. The activities vary from some sort of Q&A session with staff members, a real life mission/session being run, a quiz and many, many more. Full details regarding this will be published when the full schedules are known. Anyone wishing to host an activity during the convention can send an e-mail to the address below.

The hotel is the Premier Travel Inn, located near Heathrow. Due to its location, access to both the airport shuttle services and downtown London are good.

Room rates are £54 per room per night. Rooms available are: single bedroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom. Rooms are all equipped with television, telephone (for use at rates, published on site), shower and small bath. Rooms are available, both for smoking and non-smoking. Cots, as well as extra beds for children, are available at no additional charge.

Entry fee into the convention shall amount to approximately £35, payable on site and depending on the number of attending persons. The more, the lower the price will be. Lunch is available as well, at an additional charge of £10 per person. This includes sandwiches, fruit, sweets, muffins and juice. Soft drinks as well as coffee and tea are also freely available.

Parking at the hotel is also possible, at a charge of £7 per night per car. (Only for those persons staying at the hotel)

More information, albeit limited, is available from their website Premier Travel Inn.

To book a room for the duration of the convention, please contact the hotel directly at +44 (0) 8706 075 075. Please mention our reservation code when booking: “RCR 257491”. When booking, please state the duration of your stay (one or two nights) and the expected time for your arrival. Booking is open until the end of June, however, early bookings would be appreciated so participant numbers are known sooner and additional rooms can be reserved.

If there are any questions regarding this, please send them to tim.schols@airumbrella.com.

Also, please send an e-mail to the address below when your booking has been made. Mention the number of participants and your estimated time of arrival. Also, please indicate your requirement for Lunch during the convention or not, so this can be booked centrally.

16-February-06        ACTDR: Council formed

In a meeting on Sunday, February 12, 2006, the GM’s of each of ACTDR’s games and John Edrington, representing the NOC, met to discuss the future organization of A Call to Duty Roleplaying. During the meeting the following items were voted on and unanimously adopted by the group.

Our Name
(1) We will remain A Call To Duty Roleplaying

Council Rule
(1) A council was established consisting of all of the GM’s and the head of the NOC, to govern the A Call to Duty Roleplaying organization.

(2) The council will establish a code of conduct, which must be voted on and unanimously adopted by all council members before holding any game accountable to this code. Any subsequent decisions of the council will require agreement as defined in the unanimously decided council code and a 2/3 majority vote of the council.

(3) Game or NOC ownership constitutes council membership

Game Ownership
(1) Games are owned by their respective GM’s.

(2) Game control is left to the individual Game owner.

(3) GM’s cannot be fired by the council; however, any GM, not adhering to the code of conduct, can have his NOC privileges for chat servers, e-mail servers, web servers, etc. revoked. That game would then be removed from the ACTDR umbrella or games.

GM Responsibility
(1) GM’s are responsible for adhering to the code of conduct.

(2) The GM is responsible for implementing proper Game Staff/Player Conflict Resolution Mechanisms, which adhere to "high-level" standards set by the ACTDR organization.

(3) GM’s will meet a minimum of once a year ‘in person’ either at the convention or via the chat network.

NOC Privileges/Responsibilities
(1) ACTDR NOC resources are the privilege of being an ACTDR game, and are to be utilized by the games. If non-NOC resources would like to be used, it requires the agreement of ACTDR in order to continue being an ACTDR game.

(2) Any GM can choose to leave the ACTDR umbrella with their game, but they will lose all NOC support.

Monies
(1) ACTDR funds are currently in the amount of $288.45. ACTDR Funds shall remain in trust for A Call to Duty Roleplaying for use in paying for services provided by ACTDR to all the games. This could include server/domain names, or ACTDR marketing initiatives. Such funds are requested to be dispersed by the respective function head (NOC/marketing). Notification shall be given to the ACTDR council at the time of dispersion.

(2) Any money collected through the Amazon.com link at the bottom of the e-mail strings goes to NOC for ACTDR server, software, technical upkeep.

(3) Each game keeps any money that they already had.

Future Events
(1) The ACTDR Convention will be held as planned.

As GM’s we know we still have many things to hammer out; however, we have made great headway during our first meeting. One thing I think we were all impressed by was – for the most part – how much we were all on the same page. Though the events of the last week haven’t been easy on anyone, we believe that ACTDR is going to come through this stronger than we were before.

08-February-06        ACTDR: ACTDR owner resigns

The message below was sent to me late 4 February 2005 for distribution.

Although having no impact on individual ST: ACTD players I waited until today so I could inform you of the pending actions of the ACTDR staff.

The NOC team has agreed to continue their superb service support for all the games.

The GMs will be meeting this weekend to discuss the reorganization of the umbrella organization ACTDR.

The games will continue and the day to day operations and missions are not affected by this reorganization.

Once the ACTDR reorganization has be determined I will post the details.

**********************************************

Members of ST: ACTD,

As I have informed the other GMs of ACTDR, I am resigning immediately from ownership, transferring direct control of ACTDR jointly to the GMs. This is not in direct response to this afternoon's meeting. But rather a decision I have wrestled with multiple times since taking ownership last April, and of which this afternoon was a catalyst.

To whatever degree you agree or disagree with my opinions on ST: ACTD is not of a concern to me. Put simply, the direction and vision I see for ACTDR and its games are, I now know, not the directions that the games are capable of going down. My skillset, methodology, and quite honestly my personality do not lead to achievable long-term goals for the organization. Under normal circumstances, I am honest and dispassionate. However, I can be - and sometime are - frank and fiery. I am too driving, too energetic, and hold too high an expectation of those under me. Further, I am formally trained in business management, and tend to directly apply business principles and techniques - another aspect that has led to trouble during my ownership stint.

For my personal friends, you already know where to find me if wanted. I have much more pressing concerns coming up very soon in real life, and ACTDR is but one responsibility that I am following my own advice, and shedding my membership in. To everyone in general, I apologize for the rare, but notable, instances in which the fiery energy that drives me has been released.

I shall sign off in the same manner I did to the GMs earlier this afternoon, by wishing you the continued enjoyment of our games, and the "infinite possibilities" the future holds.

20-January-06        ACTDR Game / GM Satisfaction Survey

According to the Game owner, Scott Balmos there has been slow response to the Game/GM Satisfaction Survey sent out on 11 January 2006.

As these responses are sent directly to Scott he is the only one that will read the individual ratings and comments. During the GM review only the complied ratings will be discussed and any comments discussed will not be attributed to any respondent.

In order for ACTDR management to evaluate player satisfaction it requires the players to participate in this survey.

The survey and instructions are provided below. Note the survey is to be sent to ACTDScottB@acalltoduty.com.

12-January-06        ACTDR: 2005 in review

The just-ended year of 2005 was largely good for ACTDR's games, amidst many changes that will place us in better working order for the coming years.

Overall, ACTDR's games have 310 members. Membership numbers for all our games may differ slightly, as many people are members of multiple games. During the coming year, it will be my goal to increase that membership number to at least 400 unique members, with the new members mostly concentrated in the games outside of Star Trek: A Call to Duty.

Recently, before we finished work for the winter break, the GMs unanimously approved a Game Operations Handbook. This 24-page handbook defines the expectations and standards of game operations that GMs, and their staff, must follow in order to maintain the ACTDR "brand" of quality roleplaying, along with the relationships between the games and ACTDR's departments. During the first part of the year, each GM will be working with their game's staff to implement the requirements, and as many suggestions as prudent, of this handbook. While applicable to only GMs for the most part, copies of the handbook, in PDF form, can be downloaded by anyone at http://www.acalltoduty.com/GameOps.pdf

Revenue generation for ACTDR in 2005, especially the Amazon referral links and ads, has been wildly successful. Thanks to you, ACTDR has earned over $300. The majority of these earnings will be distributed to the individual games, to help them fund their own marketing campaigns and operations. A portion of the earnings will be used this year to develop promotional materials for ACTDR in general, without preference to any specific game. Whoever purchased a shiny new Nikon camera and accessories through Amazon, a sincere thank you. That was worth over $70 in Amazon commissions just by itself.

In 2006, we expect to see further growth and development. While membership in individual games, and specific play groups in those games, may fluctuate, overall we continue to grow and remain healthy. In the meantime, please be on the lookout for a game satisfaction survey for the game(s) you are a member of. The results of this survey will be used during the biannual individual GM meetings I will be holding during the coming month.

Until then, happy gaming, and stay safe in real life (which always remains the most important).

Friday July 21st - Group outing to Comic-Con or another San Diego attraction for those that do not want to attend the Comic-Con.

Saturday July 22nd - ACTDR Convention (location and itinerary TBD)

Sunday July 23rd - Beach volleyball and swim followed by a huge Bar-b-que at our ranch - Everyone welcome!

The itinerary for the ACTDR Convention is still being scheduled but stay tuned... We'll be bringing back some of the old favorites, introducing some new favorites and there might possibly be a surprise guest speaker!

As stated, hotel rates are still being negotiated. We hope to be able to take advantage of the discounted hotel rates and airfares that Comic-Con negotiates for their attendees. More information will be available in January.

Any questions or suggestions, please feel free to email me at:

readyroom@gmail.com

Take care and everyone have a great holiday season!

17-November-05        ACTDR: General annoucement

(almost) everyone knows that dealing with shopping malls during the holidays is just asking for it... Not to mention going out in the cold and wind.

Stay inside and shop for gifts at Amazon, while supporting ACTDR!

By using our Amazon affiliate links (either the Amazon banner ads, or the Amazon link at the bottom of every email distributed by ACTDR's mailing list system), we receive a cut of every sale - on any product at Amazon. During the last quarter, on a little over $1,600 of sales, we received nearly $90 in commissions! Uses for this money, including possible development of new professional-grade marketing materials, are already being considered.

So on those days that you'd normally risk your sanity going holiday shopping, stay inside, stay warm, save some gas, and your nerves - shop for your holiday gifts at Amazon, and support ACTDR in the process!

Direct Amazon affiliate link:
http://archive.acalltoduty.com/amazon

For international players who shop at local Amazon sites (like amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, etc), sorry but we don't get commissions through those sites. Amazon only pays out locally to a person located in that country. We're still investigating possible routes for getting these sites into the mix.

30-October-05        New TC for SGA-1

Due to real life circumstances, Lisa Baldwin is stepping down as TC of SGA-1. Lisa's been with us since 7C's inception, and will fortunately be able to continue with us as a player. Taking over for her is Karen Cox. Karen has been working as a second in command of SGA-1 to Lisa, so she's ready to carry things on. We wish both women the best of luck in their lives both inside and outside of 7C.

12-October-05        ACTDR: San Diego 2006 - Convention coordinator

Beth Kelley-Wharton has been appointed the Convention Coordinator for the 2006 North American ACTDR Convention in San Diego, CA. She'll be responsible for locating and securing the convention site and all the other fun details, and I'm sure she'd appreciate assistance from other locals. Contact her directly if you wish to assist.

At the moment, the convention will be scheduled for the weekend of July 13 - 17, 2006. Beth initially suggested the next weekend, July 20 - 24, because that will coincide with the San Diego ComicCon (which runs July 20 - 23). But I had concerns about hotel availability, and the fact that the convention is more anime/comics oriented, not scifi/fantasy/RPG oriented, and thus probably wouldn't be of much interest to our convention goers. I will leave the ultimate decision to Beth, probably after some hotel availability investigation.

Congrats & condolences to Beth.

27-September-05        ACTDR: 2006 European convention

Hello everyone,

With the closure of the location poll, the results are now known. Note that for each first place vote, 3 points were awarded, for each second place vote 2 points and for each third place vote 1 point. The top three results are as follows:

1. London, 74 points
2. Amsterdam, 54 points
3. Paris, 25 points

Out of 35 votes submitted, only 5 did not contain London. As such, and also seeing that London received most points, this is where the convention will take place. The date set for the European convention is the weekend of July 14th till July 16th.

In order to get an idea as to how many players will attend; we have set up a form. We would like to ask everyone to submit the form, especially those that also filled out the first form, but other players are of course welcome as well.

The poll can be found here:
http://www.schola-st-johannes.com/actd/eurocon_round_two.htm

A further announcement will be made when the poll is coming to a close, but this may take a while still.
Thanks,

Tim Schols and Karen Barkas.

26-September-05        ACTDR: Convention voting results

It was a down-to-the-wire count, but in the end, there can only be one Survivor... wait, wrong show... I am looking for The Apprentice... nevermind.

Congratulations to San Diego, CA for being selected as the 2006 North American ACTDR Convention host city! As I remarked, it was a razor-thin vote, with San Diego eeking out past Winnipeg by only one vote. See below for the voting breakdown:

San Diego, CA: 8
Winnipeg, MB: 7
Dallas, TX: 5
Denver, CO: 5
Tampa Bay, FL: 5
Houston, TX: 4
Las Vegas, NV: 4
Gainesville, FL: 1
Huntsville, AL: 1

Two votes were rejected because of voting for multiple cities, and one was rejected for voting for a city not on the nomination list. Two votes were rejected because they didn't have the appropriate subject line (or none at all), and ended up in my spam folder. None of the above rejected votes would have materially changed the outcome of the voting.

The time of the convention shall remain the same as in the past, the second weekend of July (everyone pack your fans & waterbottles). That tentatively places the convention on the weekend of July 13 - 17, 2006.

Any person who lives in the general vicinity of San Diego, and wishes to act as convention coordinator, please contact me within the next few days. I will appoint one person as coordinator, and then anyone else who wishes to assist in convention planning in whatever manner can assist the coordinator directly.

Again, congrats to San Diego!

19-September-05        ACTDR: Convention voting begins

Voting for the 2006 North American ACTDR Convention begins now, and will continue for one week until 0000 UTC, 26 September (8:00pm EDT, Sunday 25 September). Please send your vote to ACTDScottB@acalltoduty.com with the subject line "Convention City Vote".

The nominated cities, for your reference, are as follows:

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Huntsville, AL
Dallas, TX
Houston, TX
San Diego, CA
Reno / Las Vegas, NV
Gainesville, FL
Denver, CO
Tampa Bay, FL

To ensure your vote is counted, please ensure that you use the exact subject line as stated above. Also, please include the ACTDR marketing tagline, as shown in my email signature, somewhere in the text of your message along with the vote. My email sorting rules have been set up to look for these exact phrases. Missing or changing either of these may not get your vote counted. Only vote for one city.

Good luck to the nominee cities, and happy voting!

12-September-05        ACTDR: Convention 2006 City Nominees

The nomination period for the 2006 North American ACTDR Convention has closed, with great results. A number of cities were suggested. Now, to allow everyone to make an informed decision, I will not start the next phase of voting for one week. The voting period to select a city will start next Sunday, 18 September. During this week, I encourage postings on the ACTDR Subspace board, Convention category, at http://actdr.subspace.acalltoduty.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=702 from those who nominated the cities, and other members who live nearby, describing the points of interest in the city. I am basically allowing a week to "sell your city".

Two nominations were rejected due to not being located in the given regions, and one nomination, Arlington, TX, was combined with Dallas, TX since the two are so close to each other.

The nominated cities are:

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Huntsville, AL
Dallas, TX
Houston, TX
San Diego, CA
Reno / Las Vegas, NV
Gainesville, FL
Denver, CO
Tampa Bay, FL

Thanks to all who submitted nominations. Now put on your marketing hats and start selling your hometown!

6-September-05        ACTDR: Convention - 2006 planning begins

A little under two months past the end of the first ACTDR convention, and it's time to start thinking about next year. A few minor tweaks to the process are being made this time around.

1) Addition of an official European convention: The high number of European players, along with the extreme expense of attending the North American based conventions, has brought the addition of an official European convention. There is already an effort underway by Karen Barkas & Chris Barnes of ST: ACTD to coordinate what location in Europe would work best. Up until now, this was a mostly unofficial effort. Now, we're tapping it as an official convention (cue the party horns, parades, bands, etc. :) ). Please contact either of them for more information on this effort, including where the Eurocon poll site is located at. We'll let you know in the coming weeks where and when the first official ACTDR Eurocon will be.

2) Tweaking the North American convention polling process: Attendance numbers for conventions has steadily declined over the years. While the GMs and I recently considered abandoning a single large convention in favor of many smaller regional conventions, we concluded that such a move would separate everyone back out into only meeting up with the clumps of people in their local regions, pretty much destroying the chance for anyone to really meet each other (unless people attended multiple regional conventions). So we're sticking with the basic format as always, except the region where I will accept city nominations from will be fixed. This is in order to ensure that we're always moving around the general location of conventions year-to-year, so that we don't emphasize the East Coast or eastern Midwest, as we seem to have been doing in the past. Also, the general time of the year of the convention will be opened up for other nominations, as it was last year. I honestly don't expect the date to change from its customary middle-of-July, but who knows.

With all this in mind, I am opening city nominations for cities in North Central (Iowa or north - Chicago is exempt), South Central (Texas/Georgia or south), and Pacific Coast regions. This is based off the fact that, like I said, we have heavily covered the (north-)eastern Midwest in previous years, along with Central this year in St. Louis. To date, we have only had one Western convention - Las Vegas.

Please email ACTDScottB@acalltoduty.com with the subject "Convention city nomination", along with a city and your name/email/etc. Nominations are open until 0000 UTC, 12 September (8:00pm EDT 11 September). Cities nominated must have at least one person of legal age (read: over 18) who is willing to act as convention coordinator (read: find the hotel, sign the contract, etc).

Thanks and don't beat each other up nominating cities!

4-September-05        Important mailing list announcement

Everyone,

We have finally switched over to a new e-mail program and server. This is very good news for us. At the moment, we have the very minor inconvenience of having to switch over the mailing list addresses to which we send our Mission Reports, Mission Briefs, Posts, and anything else to be distributed amongst our teams. This is to take effect immediately. The new addresses are as follows:

SGA-1 is sga1@7thchevron.acalltoduty.com
SGA-2 is sga2@7thchevron.acalltoduty.com
SGV-1 is sgv1@7thchevron.acalltoduty.com
SGV-2 is sgv2@7thchevron.acalltoduty.com

The other major change is this. If you would like to change your character biography in any way, instead of mailing 7c-characters@acalltoduty.com, you will now need to e-mail your request to characters@7thchevron.acalltoduty.com. This address holds true for TC's who need to promote someone, demote someone, removed someone from a roster, or in any way add to the characters profiles.

The other piece of information of which you need to be made aware is archives will be switching over to new addresses as well; however, we are waiting for password protected archives for several of our lists. As soon as we have further information on the new locations and passwords for those of you who will be needing them (Rated-M teams), we will pass the information onto you.

24-August-05        Two new positions filled - Request for assistance

Everyone,

I'd like to announce with the attempt at selling our house and with my pregnancy almost half over, I have hired two new people to take on two positions. Karen Cox (ripper@kjcox1701.freeserve.co.uk) - will be taking over the position of Assistant Game Manager (AGM). If you have a concern that you need to forward onto me, please feel free to CC Karen. If I cannot answer promptly, she will be available to jump in and keep things running smoothly. Renee Amos will be taking over the position of Web Manager. When character additions, removals, transfers, promotions, etc. are effected, she will make sure that the Cartouche is updated. She will also be keeping all announcements up to date on the Cartouche as well.

With that being said, we are looking for a TC for SGV-1 (Rated-M) Runs on Thursdays at 9 CST/CDT. I have asked several different people and none are able to fill the vacancy. If anyone would like to interview for the spot, or if anyone knows someone who would do well in the spot, please let me know at actdree@earthlink.net

18-July-05        ACTDR: Marketing - Updates to ACTDR Associates Ads

Over the past two weeks, I have been sifting through all of the ads in the ACTDR ad system, and have been updating the statistics for all of them. A lot of the banner exchange type ads we were displaying were removed, because they were no longer bringing in enough interest from the outside into our games, compared to the number of outgoing clicks from our members out to their sites. Also, ads for various affiliates, whom we no longer have connections with, were removed.

The major update is to our Amazon.com ads. Amazon is, by far, our most productive associate, and we have updated the number and type of ads they display, in order to bring more opportunity for you to get your shopping done through The World's Largest Online Store, while supporting ACTDR and its games. Did you know that by purchasing goods from Amazon, or third-party dealers on Amazon, by clicking through one of our ad links, ACTDR receives between 5% and 9% of the sale? Already this year, from one ACTDR member alone, we will receive nearly $40 in commissions. From one player alone, out of our 400+! You'll see the new Amazon ads, with some of the major categories like books and DVDs tailored to recommend SciFi/Fantasy products, on our sites within this week.

Another major change that will be happening in the next few weeks is that we will add an Amazon link to our mailing list processing server. Thus, this link will be at the bottom of every email that is delivered via ACTDR mailing lists. I fully understand that a lot of people don't like the annoying ads and other messages placed at the bottom of all emails when they use free webmail sites like Yahoo or Hotmail. Thus, every effort has been made to make this as unobtrusive, yet accessible, as possible. I believe this to be a decent way to ensure our members have the opportunity to support us while shopping at Amazon.

These efforts were in direct response to some members asking about how to better support ACTDR, especially when it used to take roughly 20 or so page views on our website to get an Amazon ad to display, and other advertising information buried in our website's marketing affiliates page.

If you have any comments or concerns, my mailbox is always open (as is your GM's). Happy shopping!

06-July-05        General news - Eurocon poll

The possibility of a European regional convention for ACTDR members is currently being investigated by various European staff members of ST: ACTD. A poll site has been created by them to assist in determining the proper location for holding such an event.

European ACTDR members are encouraged to submit their vote on this matter to the poll, located at http://www.chrisbarnesonline.com/poll.php.

11-March-05        NOC Request

In recent months, the NOC has seen a sharp increase of people emailing our team members privately. When the e-mail's author is asked to email the NOC as a whole, responses have been anything from "Oops," to "Geez, I was only emailing a friend (who is being expected to use his/her NOC abilities in order to fix the problem)." You may email the NOC team at one of two addresses: noc@acalltoduty.com or helpdesk@acalltoduty.com. Both email addresses go to exactly the same place, and while technically have specific purposes, you may use them however you wish. However, if you have an ACTDR Network Operations request or inquiry, please use one of the above official email addresses. Finally, when replying to a Network Operations Email, use Reply-To-All to ensure your email goes back to the whole team. Members of the NOC team have been asked not to reply privately to requests. Why? For 2 reasons. First, so a member isn't overly stressed by the number of private emails he receives. Instead, they will ask you to send your request to the team. Second, so each request can be documented. That way any possible game-wide problems can be discovered and corrected quickly. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me at helpdesk@acalltoduty.com.

Sincerely,
John Edrington
ACTDR Network Operations Manager

8-March-05        Base Specs

Everyone, As many of you are aware, at one time we had someone working on actual CAD drawings of the complex. Unfortunately, that person has become unreachable by e-mail. We no longer have someone who is able to work on the blue prints for us in CAD, but as a starting point, we're listing the buildings of the base with the rooms we see being in each building. If you are interested in seeing the first real draft since the drawings were underway, you can find them at our BBS. Any kind comments, suggestions, and observations via the BBS are welcomed. If you don't feel comfortable posting something to the BBS, you can always e-mail me directly at actdree@earthlink.net.
